School Group Entry – Authorisation and Consent

Please read and confirm the following to proceed with creating a School Group Entry:

1.    Eligibility 

I confirm that I am an employee of a school group, or an approved school representative (e.g. a parent authorised by the school) and I am authorised to create a School Group Entry on behalf of the school for the Sanitarium Weet-Bix Kids Tryathlon Event 2026/2027.

2.    School Authorisation 

I understand that, if I register a school group under a personal (non-school) email address, I must obtain prior written authorisation from the school principal and email it to angela@smcevents.co.nz.

3.    Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that failure to provide the required School Authorisation required at 2 above, will result in the denial of the School Group Entry request.

4.    Declaration

I declare that I have obtained the school’s prior written consent to register the school and provide the opportunity for students to participate in the Sanitarium Weet-Bix Kids Tryathlon Event 2026/2027.
