The Bay of Islands Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon is located at Waitangi, adjacent to the Treaty Grounds. The TRYathlon will begin with the swim leg at Te Tii Bay in the ocean. TRYathletes are generally able to stand-up during the short swim, however we do encourage everyone to give swimming a go! The Transition area is located opposite the Waitangi Copthorne Hotel. The bike leg is across the bridge towards Paihia and on the roads surrounding Te Tii Marae, and the run leg is around Waitangi adjacent to the Treaty Grounds.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE AT THE TRYATHLON

This year we are asking you to complete two surveys.

The first survey is about your child and their experience of the Sanitarium Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon – from your perspective as a parent or guardian.  If you had more than one child take part in this year’s event, we ask that you answer the questions in relation to one child in particular.  You can take the survey again if you’d like to provide answers for another child.

The second survey is about the TRYathlon in general and your experiences and how we can improve the TRYathlon for next year.

At the end of each survey you can enter into the prize draw to WIN one of 2 x $50 Sanitarium product  vouchers and an entry to the 2019/20 Sanitarium Weet-Bix TRYathlon series*.  Completing both surveys means you get two entries into the prize draw.

“A huge sense of achievement, able to share this achievement with others by having the medal, t-shirt etc, to show them. They love being active so this was a great extension of their interests, especially doing 3 disciplines together.”
